Wekiva Park Townhomes was designed as a two-car community. One car should be parked in the garage and ONLY one car in the driveway.
Visitors may park in any of the 44 guest parking spots throughout the community. These guest parking spaces are for visitors only. Residents caught parking in any of the designated guest parking spots will initially be warned and then towed if they continue to park there.
The streets must be kept clear for emergency vehicles, commercial vehicles conducting business in the townhomes, and utility vehicles. Our streets are private streets owned and maintained by the Wekiva Park Townhomes HOA, which sets the rules for parking. Non-business vehicles parked on the street may be towed.
Two pets are allowed in each townhome. Outdoors, all pets must be kept on a leash and not be allowed to run free. An electronic dog fence may be installed and used around your own townhome with the approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Yes, you must clean up after your pet. Help keep the community clean for our children to play in.
Should you wish to construct on your property or to alter the exterior of your home in any way you are required to submit plans to the Architectural Revue Board (ARB) who must approve the modifications in writing to assure harmony with external design and location. PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ARB IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY. Request form by contacting:
